Every owner in Stone Creek Subdivision shall be a member of the Homeowner's Association, whose dues are $75 per year. This does not apply to The Ridge, which has separate association.
Each member is entitled to 1 vote per lot owned in the subdivision.
The Association shall have duties including, but not limited to the following:
- Own, maintain and manage common areas and all improvements therein, including signage, landscaping, lighting, etc
- Employ a manager or other persons to perform all or any of the duties of the Association
- Mow, care for, maintain and remove rubbish from any vacant or unimproved portions of the subdivision
- Make such improvements to the Common Area and provide such other facilities and services as may be authorized by the
affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members
