Homeowners’ Association
Every owner in Stone Creek Subdivision shall be a member of the Homeowner’s Association, whose dues are $75 per year. This does not apply to The Ridge, which has a separate association.
Each member is entitled to 1 vote per lot owned in the subdivision.
The Association shall have duties including, but not limited to the following:
- Own, maintain and manage common areas and all improvements therein, including signage, landscaping, lighting, etc
- Employ a manager or other persons to perform all or any of the duties of the Association
- Mow, care for, maintain and remove rubbish from any vacant or unimproved portions of the subdivision
- Make such improvements to the Common Area and provide such other facilities and services as may be authorized by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members

Architectural Standards:
All construction within Stone Creek Subdivision must be approved by The Architectural Committee. No construction work shall be commenced upon any structure unless the plans and specifications shall comply with Section 3.8 [of the covenants] and shall show complete construction details.
